Hello,

I want to define both conduction and convection as boundary condition. Is this possible? I want to define wall temperature, stream temperature, convection coeffient, heat flux.

Conduction as i understand it is no boundary condition. It is something that happens in the volume, not at the surface, and it is ruled by the energy equation. So don't worry about it, it is taken care of. You just have to fill the right conductivity for your material (and enable the energy model of course)

For your convective conditions, simply go in your list of bc, select the right one and check "convection" or "mixed" (if you want to add radiation) in the thermal conditions tab. You will be able to put your convection coefficient and your temperatures. However you cannot put your heat flux, which seems very logical to me, as the whole point of defining the convective condition is precisely to compute this unknown heat flux...
