annulus ice melting by gained energy from hot flowing fluid inside tube

Hello everyone,

I intend to use the energy given by hot fluid flowing in a tube to melt the ice in the annulus betwen the tube abd an outer tube. I set up the solidification/melting model in fluent to model the ice phase change and changed the laminar to turbulent (k-epsilon) to model the flowing fluid in the tube and finally the energy model on.
problem is, nothing is showing for the ice melting in the annulus.
set up is as follows:
at fluid inlet- inlet temp. & mass flow rate
at fluid outlet- pressure outlet
ice - bsq. approximation for density and enterd all other parameters

I will appreciate if someone can help me on how to go about this.
