Dear friends,
I am just modeling a 2D water channel flow, using k-epsilon and one phase model and steady mode. as I set the the inlet with a low velocity (like 0.1 m/s) it doesn't converge. but as I set it high velocity( like 5 m/s) it converge easily. what is the problem? what should I do? |

Try a different initial guess. I'm assuming the channel flow is already turbulent at 0.1 m/s, but is it possible that 0.1 m/s should be laminar?
