Unable to upload mesh in setup

AFTER MESHING I AM UNABLE TO UPLOAD MESH IN SETUP.WHILE UPLOADING IT SHOWS ERROR LIKE
Build Grid: Aborted due to critical error .
and also
A dialog box is open in the FLUENT Application. Please close the dialog before trying this operation.
