Analysis with Design Explorer

Dear Fellows,

I wonder if anyone ever used ANSYS Design Explorer for optimization purpose? I am new to this area and keenly need to learn this area. I tell you that what I have done up till now. I have created Fluent block in wB. Then set some values to parametric in Design modeler (which will be input parameter) , then in Fluent I set Cd (Drag coeff) to be the output parameter. I two to three design methods, like DoE or Parameter correlation, I learnt that for each design point, ANSYS runs new fluent in background. So it means that if each simulation takes a day , for 10 design points it will take 10 days to finish. It may be optimal in values but it is highly unoptimized process in terms of time. Any suggestions on that are welcome.

Thanks
