Calcuating more quantities with fluent

hello everyone,

I simulated with Ansys Fluent a free jet coming out of a rectungular orifice. After the solution is converged i want to visualize the Reynolds shear stress uv/Uexit^2 and the Reynolds shear stress uw/Uexit^2.
Also i want to visualize the quantity Ωy*θU/θy (y vorticity*partial derivative of velocity with respect to y).
Does anyone know how to do that ? Any help is welcome

Custom field functions?

If it is too limited, you can make UDF (Execute on Demand). Save the results in UDM.

Thank you for your help. Yeah that is what i wanted. I can now visuaize the quantity Ωy*θU/θy.
But i still don't know how to calculate the Reynolds shear stress.The velocity magnitude is the sum of the average and the fluctuating velocity as shown here $\bar{u} = \bar{u} + u'$ .
But for the Reynolds shear stress I have to use the average u,v,w velocities and not the flactuating ones. Do you know how can i calculate them ?
