How to import file data to FLUENT

I have a problem with import solution data to fluent. I have a file, format txt from excel and i would like to import my file to FLUENT.

If you want to import it as a boundary condition, look up how to do a "PROFILE".
If you want to import it as the initial solution, look into an "interpolate" file. Before v18 these were pretty much the only options, but since v18 was released Fluent supports reading .csv tables as profiles and so on. |

I would like to import data solutions. I averaged my data in excel and i don't know how to import this data to FLUENT.
