Liquid-liquid-gas Three phase flow in pipes

I want to know that, can i simulate gas-liquid-liquid three phase flow in pipes in Ansys fluent effectively.??
If Yes, then Please help me choosing the right multiphase eularian model

If No, then which simulation software is capable to simulate gas-liquid-liquid three phase flow in pipes?
