Stone drying process

Hello! I'm a mess... :)
I don't know how to model the drying process in a stone (porous media) of the façade of a building.
I've read a lot about multiphase fluids and evaporation process but all are about engineering aplications. The usual tutorials about porous media are not directly applicable, I think.

- We will supose all wall is composed by one material (stone).
- Water of the ground always exists, the water flow is continuous.
- Water inside de stone wall evaporates througt the wall surfaces and doesn't reach very height.


Any help, please ?
