re-calculating in Ansys Flent and getting wiered results

I've saved case & data file after getting answer which matches experimental results in Ansys Fluent. but now after reading case & data and checking mesh , I don't get the same results for new runs and calculations.
What's wrong with it? |

Did you model chemistry with ISAT-algorithm? The ISAT-tables are not saved automatically.
