Problem with convergence

Hello guys,
I am simulating a supersonic flow over a flat plate with secondary injection. I have a good mesh (fully structured with good quality). I am using the density based solver to simulate the problem. I would need your help to sort out the convergence problem. The scaled residuals of energy continuity always keep shooting up and stay in high orders or magnitude.
Can you suggest any ideas how to converge the solution. I have tried increasing the courant number and changing the flux type to AUSM.

BCs
Inlet= Pres inlet
Outlet = Press outlet
Sides= Symmetry (No slip condn)
Plate = wall

Any help would be highly appreciated.
Thank you for your time:D

Your outlet is a pressure inlet? really?

Sorry about that, its pressure outlet
