i'm trying to model a dynamic stall (using dynamic mesh) of an airfoil in ansys-fluent. my oscillation frequency is 1.86 . my question is that what is the upper limit of the time step (is 1e-4)????

The upper limit depends not only on the physical frequency but also on the numerical stability constraint
