bulk Temperature

Hi everybody.:)
I have a Conjugate 2D Fluent model. The geometry containing turbine disk. After solving I extract heat flux and wall temperature on some selected walls.I want to find a good bulk temperature that (Twall - Tbulk) could explain the flux sign and trend!
when Tbulk>Twall, I expect that related wall gain energy and fluid vice-versa!
However I tried many definition, unfortunately I couldnt find a good bulk Temperature that physically be justifiable.

Is there anybody that could help me??

Is your mesh separated in cellzones? If there is a separate cellzone next to wall, you could use the average temperature of that zone.

What software did you use to make your mesh?
