Condensation with Thermal phase change model

Hi guys,

I am trying to model condensation of a process flow over a long pipe, extracting constant heat flux over the whole length. I realised that, depending on the saturation temperature of the two phases, the lowest temperature it can ever go in the process is the saturation temperature. I would supposed when it becomes fully condensed (liquid phase = 1) it should still be able to fall below sat temp if I continue to remove heat from it. I am not sure if this is a bug since that liquid phase fraction at the most can reach 0.999999 but not 1. And is that what is preventing any reduction in temps further because of that small amount of gas still existing in the flow?

Any one face this issue as well?

Regards.
