I currently face a workbench Fluent mesh problem. I used multizone, and I wanted to add inflation onto a thin wall structure (the air domain of a heat sink). The mesh shows successful. But each time when I use multizone, some faces are missing in Fluent mesh even though I still can see the mesh inside those faces. Then I try to proceed to Fluent setup, it showed error: aborted due to critical error. Anyone can tell me what the problem could be? Thanks in advance.

i think you better create hybrid mesh. try to find the problematic body and use different mesh type. then you will get it. multi zone mesh cannot be achieve all the time bcz of the model complexity.
