f1 1700.exe. has stopped working
 

Hello experts,

i am learning on radiation model in fluent. i followed an online tutorial to analyse a "Solar air heater model". while setting up the " Radiation- DTRM solar ray tracking" i end up with this problem, f1 1700.exe has stopped working.
f1 process could not be started...

kindly help me in solving this and continue my learning...
