Unhappy Problem in converging continuity

Hi fellas
I'm trying to simulate a nozzle using Ansys Fluent but I have a problem. When I run my calculation, continuity doesn't converge. here is my configurations and setting:

Here you can see the General setting and Report quality and Check report



And other setting for Hybrid initializing
