Please, no one help me , Previously I send my problems but there is no answer
I need help My Problem is to study the natural convection in cylindrical tank containing coiling pipe working as a heat exchanger (like shell and tube) but the cylindrical tank containing hot water with a different temperature start from 70oC end to 90oC with increment 5oC all the tank walls insulated and the bottom wall there are three heater 6000 watt in order to heat the water with one replay heater in order to get the required bath temperature and get heat to the coiling that carrying cold water first get the geometry subtract the tank from coiling pipe because I need to study natural only on the tank second mesh with coarse grid because medium didnot give me solution third boundary conditions if I enter all the tank boundaries insulated with heat flux on coiling wall range from 1e5 to 4e5 Ididnot get solution only if take coupled solution with body force solution for pressure with pseudo time I get solution but continuty with x-velocity y-velocityand z-velocity remain flactuated 10e-2 please I need your help to complete my research I work in it 3 months if my modeling is incorrect what you are advice me thanks |
