Turbulent 2D Pipe flow

Hello,

I am learning CFD currently and I am getting used to learning Ansys Fluent. Hence I am performing a basic simulation to get to know various tools. I am currently simulating a pipe flow with the following values :

2D Geometry sketch of a rectangle with a width of 4m (diameter) and 40m length with Reynolds Number of 20,000 thereby with an inlet velocity of 5mm/sec. I am using the K-Epsilon Turbulence model.

But I don't know how to calculate the input values and how to proceed further.I have read the theory but I am unable to apply it right here.

Thanks in advance for the help !!
