Hi folks.
I want to simulate a rotating cylinder with ANSYS-FLUENT. I produce the mesh with GMSH in the format Nastran - bdf. Three weeks ago, I had no problems defining the rotation speed of the walls (see "picture1.png"). However, now whenever I click on the walls, I can no longer edit anything (see "picture2.png") Do you know what are the causes of this problem? Why did it work seamlessly only three weeks ago? What can be done about it? Many thanks in advance for your help! |

Alright, I found the solution on my own! :-)
Otherwise, I'd have another question. With GMSH, I can only produce tetrahedra-based meshes. Is this in order or should I use another program that produces hexahedra instead? Best wishes from France. |
