Two Phase Flow Though Vertical Pipe - Diverging

I am trying to model a two phase flow of saturated liquid through a vertical pipe with constant heat flux at the wall.

I have modeled it as a 2d axisymmetric problem. I first did a single phase turbulent model and then exported the outlet profile and used that profile as the inlet boundary conditions. I was basing my work off this tutorial here:

However, my solution is diverging after 4 or 5 iterations. I am not sure how to make this work.

I have a few different models there, the one I am most interested in getting to work is the saturated 2 phase one.

I have been stuck here for a long time and nothing I do seems to help.

Problem statement:
A vertical steel tube carries water at a pressure of 10 bars. Saturated liquid water is pumped into the D= 0.1 m diameter tube at its bottom end mean velocity of 0.05 m/s.
The tube is exposed to combusting pulverized coal, providing a uniform heat flux of 100,000 W/m2. Length of the tube is 30 m

Unfortunately I no longer have the files. I can remake them if you need. I can also provide you with a report that details everything I did on the case. Never did get it working though but if you look through the report you might see somewhere I went wrong. Let me know an email address I can reach you at and I will email you the report
