Error opening compressed file
 

Dear everyone,

I have trouble with opening file with on Ansys Fluent 17.2 software in Windows 10. when I open the file by using gunzip.exe, the gunzip is not responding. How to solve this problem?

Try to use online service or Linux

Try to use a online serive, just google "unzip online" or try on a Linux operating system.

I have tried to unzip manually by using 7-zip. The file can be unzipped but the FLUENT does not read it.

Do you have any other solution?

Sorry no more idea :confused:

Maybe some one need the solution so i post in here.

I find the solution by following the step from Drdalyo in this threat of https://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/fl...auto-save.html

Just copy the gzip.exe in the link from Drdalyo and rename with gunzip.exe
It works.
