CFD-Post User Surface STL Import Shifted?

I'm using CFD-Post to import a user surface (top surface of a wing) as an STL. I'm getting this STL from the same geometry that is used in Fluent, from solidworks. In Solidworks, the STL surface is perfectly aligned with the geometry of the Solid body, but when I import it as a user surface in cfd post it is shifted up on the Y axis by about 0.5 meters.

When I import the lower wing surface the same thing happens, it is shifted up on the Y axis by about 0.5 meters.

I'm trying to import these surfaces so that I can get the pressure distribution exported as a CSV for the top and bottom. When I export the data from the wing in total, I have no way of determining which pressures are on the top and which are on the bottom!

I'm trying to figure out what the spanwise lift distribution across the wing is.
