creating planes
 

Hi!

I want to create a plane (surface) in ANSYS Fluent. My geometry is an elbow. My surface has to be near the inlet, perpendicularly to the elbow, and it must contain only one side of pipe (only one "circle"). Have you any idea how to do it? For example, when I create a surface from three points, it will give me two circles.

Try a bounded plane. Basically you can apply additional constraints to your plane.
