Hi everyone,
I am doing 2-D simulation of coal gasification.

reversed flow in 18 faces on pressure-outlet 7.
# Divergence detected in AMG solver: x-momentum -> Increasing relaxation sweeps!
# You may try the enhanced divergence recovery with (rpsetvar 'amg/protective-enhanced? #t)

I am getting this error at the start of iteration. Please do share if anyone know how to fix this error.

Thank you.

Dear kumar

Which approach, did you use? Euler-Euler or Euler-Lagrange.

Hi Dear,

I am using euler- lagrangian method for gas solid phase interaction.

Thanks.

Dear Kumar,

Thanks for replying, i am working in cfd simulation of biomass gasification.
i've heard it is necessary to use a udf fonction for ractions rates.

For the reactions rate did you have to use a udf fonction?
I would be very glad to ask you some questions about. Can i have your email ?

My email is: luisreyesalonzo@gmail.com

Hi Dear,
i am working on CFD modelling of coal slurry gasification. And in my case, there no udf used for reactions.

Thanks.

Hi there,
You are doing 2-D or 3-D simulation?
