Hi

I am using an implicit formulation to solve a VOF problem. My goal is to compare the explicit and implicit VOF schemes.

I get good results using explicit formulation.
When, I used the 1st order time discretization of the implicit scheme I don't get good results. In the Fluent manual, it says that implicit schemes has accumulation of turncation errors that is why use higher order discretization.

My question: When I use 2nd order time discretization in the implicit scheme I get divergence in the pressure correction eq.
Any body encountered a similar issue...or could help?

Thank you.
