CdProjectile is on a distinguished road
I am stuck on the last hurdle of my final year project and was directed here.

Basically my project requires me to find the coefficient of drag over a projectile and compare it to coefficient of drag versus the same projectile but with a base bleed system.

I have a finished model for the standard projectile but need to get the base bleed projectile working.

What should happen is by releasing a higher pressure gas into the wake of the projectile the coefficient of drag should go down.

\I have done this by creating a mass flow inlet at the base of my projectile which does successfully reduce the coefficient of drag however when i look into the post-processing the pressure at the base is the same as the standard projectile. This makes no sense in theory. Can anyone think of what i might be doing wrong that the pressure created by the mass flow inlet is always 70000 Pa?

I can upload files if required.

Thanks.
