Thermal Comfort Extension

Hi,
Currently I`m working on CFD fluent to analyse the PMV and PPD. But, I have problem in using the thermal comfort extension. I have follow the guideline provided and retry several time. However the error is the same while I want to open the thermal comfort function. The errors appeared is attach in the attachment. I`m trying to find the meaning of the error are, but I could not find the solution. Perhaps, someone could help me on this matter. Thank you  error in ansys.jpg |
