Hi all,
More a technical than theoretical problem, I work transient state and need to do videos of my simulation. So (Fluent 16.2) I use solution>calculation activities>solution animations and I define 1 sequence animation. https://imgur.com/wkQMgom It works but the problem is if I close Fluent then reopen it with the case and data saved the sequence disappear... https://imgur.com/bQ421Gi Does anyone have the same problem and know how to solve it ? Thanks a lot! |

Hi,
In animation definition you have to change the storage type to HSF file. |

It doesn't change whatever the storage type I choose :-s
Every time I create a sequence, run my simulation for a few time steps, then I manage to animate the sequence and to write a video. Then I write case/data and close Fluent. But after when I open Fluent again and load case/data my sequence created disappeared :-/ Or is it possible to load the .cxa file created somewhere? |
