Hi All,

I want to model a plastic piece. This part is mounted on a stationary solid section and is separated by a very small gap (~ 0.5 mm) by oil from another rotating solid. The rotating solid speed is >4000 RPM. The oil comes in a domain with temperature T1 and leaves it with T2. How can I model the possible melting of the piece due to the friction/viscous force under this rotational speed and gap?

Your help is much appreciated.
