Lift coefficient and drag coefficient when using symmetry

Hi,
If I make a 3D wing using symmetry (so only half of the wing is tested) using ANSYS Fluent, does this mean I should double the lift coefficient and drag coefficient if I need results for the entire wing?
Thanks!

Hi,

I was wondering if you figured out the answer to this? Nowhere that I've found says it explicitly and I want to be sure!

Thanks!
