Error on AMG divergence

Dear Ansys users,

Currently I am doing one solar radiation model in fluent but encountered divergence issue as follow. Can anyone give advice on this? I am completely frustrated as I have tried to refine my meshes, reduce relaxation factors etc following potential solution I found which did not work!!

Await for expert...

You need to simplify your problem until you find what is causing the issue. Try disabling the solar model and running the simulation without it. Impose a constant heat flux on your boundaries by hand and see whether that works. If it does, then you may wish to modify your solar model settings or provide more details in your question for others to be able to assist.
