Ansys Workbench 17+ in Windows 10

Hello all!

I have a quite weird question to do, I hope somebody can solve it, because it is quite annoying.

I have a big windows machine with 256 Gb of RAM. To be able to use it to the full extent, I need Windows 10, because windows 7 only recognises 192 Gb.

I can use Ansys Fluent 18 without any problem. Also works the workbench to calculate different Design Points with input-output parameters, BUT, it always get stuck and don't jump to the next one if one point gives an error. The problem happens in the Windows 10 I had, and also after upgrading windows 10 to a newer version.

I have also switched back to windows 7, and it works like a charm. However, as said, I cannot use the RAM to the full extent.

Anybody knows anything about?

Thank you very much in advance!!!
