Dear network;
Is there anyone simulate before a full cycle diesel engine combustion ( n-heptane) with details mechanism in Ansys Fluent coupled with Chemkin CFD. After simulated about 200 crank angle from the cycle, I tried that about many times but always I have a problem with divergence as per following error: Flow time = 0.02526388888888935s, time step = 959, crank angle = 587.3750000000041deg 999041 more time steps Updating solution at time level N... done. Updating mesh at time level N... done. iter continuity x-velocity y-velocity z-velocity energy k epsilon o2 h2o c7h16 time/iter 15970 1.4288e+00 1.2466e-02 6.7102e-02 5.9806e-02 2.0645e-04 3.9016e-03 7.1111e-03 3.4619e-04 1.3554e-01 0.0000e+00 0:00:31 30 turbulent viscosity limited to viscosity ratio of 1.000000e+05 in 558 cells reversed flow in 98 faces on pressure-inlet 46. turbulent viscosity limited to viscosity ratio of 1.000000e+05 in 489 cells reversed flow in 84 faces on pressure-outlet 45. reversed flow in 67 faces on pressure-inlet 46. turbulent viscosity limited to viscosity ratio of 1.000000e+05 in 474 cells . . Error: display-object: No rendering surfaces have been set. Error Object: #f Please help me how to solve this issue can you please guide me about some research paper already achieve to coupling Fluent-Chemkin CFD for full cycle diesel engine simulation Thanks in advance Best regards |
