I need to model a bundle of pipes arranged above each other. The diameter of the pipes is 20mm. The distance between the pipes is 40mm. I need to model wall roughness on the outer side of pipes. How to calculate the values of roughness height and roughness constant?

Here are some values for the roughness of pipes with different materials.
http://www.spray.com/calculators/Pre...Calc/rauh.html For the roughness constant fluent manual gives you the information. https://www.sharcnet.ca/Software/Flu...ug/node253.htm If you can do a quick search on this forum and also google, you can find pretty much everything you need. Baris |
