Procedure to simulate the melting of ice

Hello all,
I'm trying to simulate the melting of ice in ansys fluent but, I didn't get the proper results. Can anyone suggest the correct procedure to be followed for the similar problems |

What is your methodology? How are you modelling the melting interface? What results have you obtained, and what were you expecting?
