Hi people!

I am a rookie in fluent, I am analysing a v-twin Stirling engine and I was able to define the piston's motion through the In-Cylinder option using **piston full** for the face zones as rigid bodies, but in the display zone motion option the pistons actually move at the same time without their respective lag, I am trying to figure out how to define the lag from one piston with respect to the other, is the dynamic mesh event the correct way for it?if it is, how can I start to define the correct type of event for this case?

Can anyone help me with this matter?

Thanks in advance,

Isaac

Hi Isaac,

It's a little late, but maybe create the geometry in such a way that the cylinders are already offset from each other and run from there?
