Dear All

I am a student of Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering Dept. I am working with ANSYS to analysis of Propeller Performance.

My geometry is given below in picture section. For thrust & torque , what are the solver settings ?

I have to find out the kT , kQ value for different Advance Coefficient(J).

Velocity=5.144 m/s
RPM= 400

Please help me.

Regards
Maruf

They are fairly self-explanatory. Which ones do you have trouble understanding? It's quite circular to explain:

In cell zone conditions the reference frame settings lets you specify the reference frame.

Every wall can be stationary or moving at some velocity. And you specify the velocities.

Dear LuckyTran

How can i specify the reference frame on cell zone condition. Will you please tell me the way to specify the reference frame?

Here are the picture of cell zone condition.

Sir
i have to specify stationary wall for propeller blade and the outer enclosure . Am i right ?

And is the inlet velocity ok?

Thank you Sir for your kind response.
