Hello guys,

I have modelled pipe assembly in 3D and have 2 cell zones, one of them a porous zone and the other one is fluid domain.

Porous one is placed on x,y,z coordinate system. How should I define its direction 1 and 2 vectors?

Should I need to find its "plane tools" out ? and how?

Best Regards,

Either you can find the inflow and normal components from geometry. or you can dirctly use the plane tool. For plane tool just select the three points on the inlet face of the porous zone.
