Pressure-swirl atomiter: downstream density

Hello everyone,

I am simulating a diesel spray combustion of a furnace. The setup I am using includes:
  • Pressure-swirl atomizer
  • Non-premixed combustion, PDF
The setup works well in steady state. If I include a solid region in the model, so basically with a CHT approach, I got the following message:

Pressure-swirl atomizer injector:
Pressure 600000 less than down-stream pressure -1, or
Invalid downstream density -1
Skipping injection

Did someone of the community encounter this warning? Because of that the injection is skipped, so the simulation continues just with the fluid flow.
I am in contact with ANSYS, but it would be nice if someone of you had this in the past and could have some hints.
Looking at pressure and density fields, nothing strange is to be remarked! So my basic question is: where are this down-stream pressure and density referred?

Thanks in advance,
Daniele
