I want to simulate the dynamic behavior of an oscillating aircraft. I followed the tutorials and everything seems alright. But I would like to check if the angle of attack is changing as I desire, how can I create a monitor point for it? Do you have any suggestions?

There is a domain and inside there is another one with a spherical shape that contains the body. The sphere oscillate with a sinusoidal law, that I made with an UDF. I want to monitor the angle of the oscillation.
