Hello!
I have significant problem about my CFD simulation.
I have did a tutorial about msmd, ntgk battery model. but i can't find the UDS diffusivity at material-solid dialog box. For a long time, I tried many times for the uds but it doesn't had a effect.
below things are my option. please see the images, and give me some advices.
and could you explain the meaning of UDS diffusivity? I don't understand what it is even now...
thank you

open MSMD dialog box, go through all tab, press INIT, APPLY, OK
now go to material properties (your picture 5).
there you would have UDS diffusivity

The problem has not been solved with the solution provided. Could you please let me know what the reason could be?

if you don't have uds diffusivity in material properties list it means MSMD was not loaded correctly
or it was not turned ON ( to turn it on press init apply inside msmd window)

Hi,

I think the problem comes from using different versions. Under the last line in Create/Edite Materials dialogue box, Electrical Conductivity, you may choose defined-per-uds and then, in the UDS Diffusion Coefficient dialogue box that appears, you may be able to modify the Electrical Conductivity. Please see the following tutorial:
