Rotating Surface Cleaner Analysis

I am a beginner of ANSYS fluent however i have experience in ANSYS mechanical. I have a project that i would like to use fluent for:

I am wondering if it is possible to setup a simulation of a rotating bar (at 2000 RPM) with a nozzle on either end were high pressure water (at 3000 PSI) is exiting from. This high pressure water would then hit a surface (ground) and what i am interested in seeing is the fluid flow/behavior after it has hit the surface.

Could such a model be setup and an simulation animation achieved? See attached images of water jet surface cleaners

Doable? Maybe. But this is a really tough problem to simulate that I wouldn't take lightly. And definitely not if you have not used Fluent before.

Difficulty is you have a multiphase problem and your jets are moving around. Also the jet nozzles would be even more difficult to simulate in the same problem because they are tiny relative to the domain size.
