relaxation factors for combustion solutions

Dear all
I am simulating a burner with combustion where I use Partially premixed for my combustion model. Despite the geometry is symmetry, the flame and the flow jet is not symmetry. Does anybody know the reason? Is it because of relaxation factors? I have to mention that I use outlet~vent boundary conditions for my outlet. Is that a problem? Run longer. Probably a mesh issue. It's got almost nothing to do with relaxation factors or your outlet BC.
