Surface form sketches error in disign modeler
 

I'm doing a analysis on 2d aerofoil, on creating a fluid boundary over the aerofoil I can't create the surface due to Surface form sketches shows me a error like 'invalid profile' and this error only occurs when my length or area of my profile is large, if I have a same profile with smaller area or length the error doesn't appear, please someone help me in sorting this. Thanks
