The velocity distribution, static pressure distribution, turbulent flow energy and turbulent viscosity in the room are analyzed. However, these analyses are all analysis of simulation results. What is the impact of these results on the actual situation( practical significance)?

Short answer: none.

A simulation is an educated guess based on mathematical equations. Without in vitro validation, the results hold very little meaning. For instance, I went to a defense recently where a gentleman ran a simulation, and then ran an experiment that modeled something completely different. Naturally, his results were off, but he still tried to say that his simulation was valid. His committee ate him alive.

So, while you have generated results, I don't think anyone here would be able to tell you if they are "good" or "significant". You need to validate them somehow, and defend your simulation. Remember, I converged solution might be right, but a unconverged solution is always wrong.
