ANSYS 2019R1 on MX Linux (18.1)

Ubuntu 18.04.2 has some added problems with ANSYS. If you wish to stay on an "up-to-date" Debian distribution then MX Linux might be the way to go.
I followed my previous Mint 18.3 guide and everything installed to 100%. There are a few errors in the install.err, but they do not seem to affect the performance. Edit: Regarding the errors during installation, it is possible to avoid them by doing all the steps 2-6 first and then doing the installation (step 1).
