Dynamic Mesh Failing

1 Attachment(s)
I have an issue with my dynamic mesh in fluent. I have a thin wall (~0.10mm) with one surface moving and one stationary. When the one wall moves, I only get ~0.3mm worth of movement before the error:

Error: Update-Dynamic-Mesh failed. Negative cell volume detected.

When previewing the mesh motion it looks like the elements are only stretching but they are not remeshing. My dynamic mesh settings are:

Smoothing and Remeshing checked.

Smoothing - Spring/Laplace/BL
Spring constant factor - 0.1
Convergence tolerance - 0.0001
Number of iterations - 100
Elements - all
Laplace node relaxation - 1

Remeshing methods - 2.5D only
sizing functions checked with 1 resolution, 344 variation, 0.7 rate
parameters:
min length scale (m) - 0.000142
max length scale (m) - 0.098486
max cell skewness 0.95
max face skewness 0.95
size remeshing interval - 2

I think it's a problem with skewedness as if I check mesh info the skewedness is already at 0.999. I've already tried remeshing with a skewedness target of 0.4 but that did not positively affect the results.

Are there any settings I could change to avoid this error? A quick snapshot of the mesh is attached.

Any advice?
