Hello everyone!
My question is simple. I'm realizing studies on a water storage tank, and I would like to make a tracer injection in the tank, but I'm having some troubles with that. First of all, every paper, answer and tutorial that I found said that first it is necessary to resolve te flow field in steady state and then turn on the species transport (I set the dye with the same characteristics of the water inside the tank). HOWEVER, the results aren't like I expected, it seems that there was nothing tracked, even if I've setted the inlet with some mass fraction of the species and set everything like my references said. So, I would like to know if someone could helps me or show some troubles that I could have been made and it is usual on this process in particular? Thanks!!
