Hello,
I am simulating a system with velocity inlet and outlet vent BC. The outlet is a perforated sheet which diffuses the air into the atmosphere, hence a gauge pressure of 0 Pa is provided along with a loss coefficient to account for the pressure drop due to the perforated sheet.

When I run the simulation, the values of static pressure at the outmost points (i.e. where the outlet vent BC is provided) has a value of 1.18 Pa (static pressure). Why is this value not 0 Pa as we gave it as a BC to the solver?

Does this value of 1.5 Pa means the pressure of air which is present in the room at atmospheric condition (0 Pa gauge pressure initially), which changes due to the diffusion of air through the perforated sheet?
